• 01How is VELOUR different from a typical luxury label?

  We work in small editions, with named ateliers, and trace every fabric to a certified mill. There is no seasonal churn — pieces are designed to remain in our line, restocked rather than retired.

• 02What is your shipping policy?

  Complimentary worldwide shipping on orders over $250. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days. Express options are available at checkout. All shipments are carbon-offset at our cost.

• 03How do returns work?

  Returns are free within 30 days of delivery, on unworn pieces with original tags. Initiate a return from your account and we will email a prepaid label.

• 04Do you offer alterations?

  Yes. Every tailored piece includes one complimentary alteration in your first year of ownership, at any of our Paris, London, or New York studios — or by post.

• 05What materials do you use?

  We work exclusively with mills certified by GOTS, RWS, or Bluesign. No virgin polyester, no PFCs, no animal materials beyond traceable, regenerative wool and small-batch leather.
